Accuracy of results

We work hard to keep results correct. Bank holiday dates come from the officialGOV.UK list, and for years not yet published we use the standard rules. But the government can add or move bank holidays, and your own working days depend on your contract, employer or the rules you’re working to.

The site is for general information only. It is not legal, HR or financial advice. For anything important, such as a court deadline, notice period or contract date, check the result against the rules that apply to you.

Our liability

The site is provided “as is”, without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Advertising and other websites

The site shows adverts from Google and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of adverts or other websites. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies are used.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and code belong to Working Days UK. Bank holiday data is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. You are welcome to link to any page on the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed.
